Be Aware of different home buying scams



Demands of employers are increasing to promote people ,with a rise in the number of people owning homes. It increases the number of people who wish to sell their house fast to gain enough money before they move to a new place.
To sell homes fast they normally lookout for the best method to sell a home quickly.
Real estate investors can be the best option to sell your property and can provide immediate money. But, what is the guarantee that these companies are reliable? After the economic collapse and after the flood of foreclosures,  demand of real estate investors is increased, but on the other hand, the number of fraudulent companies is also increased to attract house owners with the attractive offers that they present.
Throughout the world, there are a number of scams that are occurring. There are some examples listed below:

1)      Equity Skimming: Throughout the world, this is the most common form of property scam. The cash buyer may ask you to sign a contract and make payments instead of the lending bank that holds the secured loan. These types of fraud companies May also force you to move out of the house so that they could lease it out to other clients and earn money through it. Such type of buyers has a tendency to earn money from the owner to renter. They may also sell off the home without clearance of the loan.

2)      Bait and Switch: In this type of scam owner may not get what he/she is being promised.
A real estate agent may walk into your house as a representative, analyze your entire property  and provide an exciting offer that the owner may not be able to refuse. It is just a verbal deal that you agree upon. Now, when the deal is set on paper, agent mentions some clauses that may not be same as verbal agreement. Owner has no idea about any changes which is done by an agent. Many times, people show ignorance while signing the papers, so at that time these fraud companies succeed. These types of scam are seen in all over the world.

3)      Offers from foreign countries: If any owner update on Internet like “Selling my house fast”. People of foreign countries also see this news update. And due to that an  owner of property gets a call from many buyers of other countries and they say that they are planning to move into your country. You should not trust anyone like that, beware from such type of buyers. These types of companies have intention to know your account number so that they can steal your money.
In the real estate industry, there are lots of bad or fraud companies. So little awareness along with a little care is necessary in this field to avoid such companies. So be ensured about the company before you enter into a deal.
